We appreciate your business. If there is a problem with your order we will gladly accept your return. Returns must be sent back within 14 business days from your original purchase date. Any and all returnable items must be sent back with original tags and in sellable condition. All items must be returned with our original packaging and must include all manufacturers tags attached. Discounted purchases made by using a promotional code can only be exchanged for size. Only full priced purchases are eligible for refund back your original payment method.

Please include packing slip in your returned box as well as your ra number written on the outside of your package (this number will be provided once you submit a return request.)

All returns that are processed will be subjected to a $15.00 non refundable restocking fee per item returned. We provide a prepaid shipping return label, however if you choose to return your items back with your own shipping label we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Please allow 7-10 business days for packages to be processed once they reach our warehouse. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. It can take your financial institution up to 10 business days to reflect payment on your account.

Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We will not accept returned garments that were not approved in our returns portal. No exceptions.

if you receive a defective item, please notify us within 2 days of delivery.

once our team has provided a return label & approved the defective item, it must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the shipping label.

We currently do not offer store credit nor exchanges. If you need to exchange you will need to return original items and restart a new purchase.
